What Vouch provides

Vouch helps people discover restaurants through community vouches, comments, saved places, and rankings. Rankings and restaurant information can change. They are opinions and discovery aids, not guarantees about quality, safety, availability, allergens, pricing, or suitability.

Your account

Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only accounts you control. You are responsible for activity through your account. Contact support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your contributions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You give Vouch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, moderate, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service.

Only submit content you have the right to share. Do not impersonate others, manipulate votes, post unlawful or abusive material, or use Vouch to harass a person or business. Our community guidelines are part of these terms.

Ranking integrity

Every eligible user vouch has equal weight. Subscription status, advertising, and payments do not increase a restaurant's rank. We may remove fraudulent activity, correct data errors, and change the ranking method to protect the usefulness and integrity of the service.

Subscriptions

If paid features are offered, pricing and renewal terms appear before purchase. Apple or Google processes app-store payments and manages cancellation and refunds under its rules. Deleting Vouch does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Moderation and access

We may review or remove content and restrict or end access when reasonably needed to enforce these terms, protect users or restaurants, comply with law, or preserve ranking integrity. You may appeal a moderation decision by contacting support.

Availability and liability

Vouch is provided as available. We work to keep it reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free data. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Thunder River Tech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of Vouch.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date. Questions can be sent to support@vouchfood.com.
